1. Service Description

Welcome to sensafe.pro, a service provided by sensafe.pro. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.

All content, features, and functionality on sensafe.pro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the exclusive property of sensafe.pro or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by sensafe.pro. Any unauthorized use of the services may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise transmit content through our services ("User-Generated Content"). You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in your User-Generated Content. However, by submitting User-Generated Content, you grant sensafe.pro a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use your User-Generated Content as described in these Terms. You agree that your User-Generated Content will not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights.

sensafe.pro reserves the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe that such content violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of sensafe.pro may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the services as outlined on our website. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for ensuring that your payment method is valid and up to date.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect fees already incurred. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may terminate your account in accordance with the termination provisions set forth herein.

In the event of a payment dispute, you must notify us within thirty (30) days of the charge. Failure to do so will constitute your acceptance of the charge.

sensafe.pro reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that sensafe.pro will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the services.

We may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or all of the services without notice or liability. We will strive to provide notice of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly for updates.

Any new features or tools that are added to the current services shall also be subject to these Terms. Continued use of the services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall sensafe.pro, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the services;
  • Any content obtained from the services; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall sensafe.pro’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or sensafe.pro. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. sensafe.pro may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to retain your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes after termination of your account.
